About Us
Citizens Against Rate Extortion (CARE)
We are a group of civic-minded people that live in
the EID service area. We understand that services are not free
and that we should pay for them. But we think that a 80%
increase in water rates is extreme.
We have quickly Joined together to try to put a stop to the outrageous
rate increases that EID is trying to impose on us.
